About the role
In this role at Medtronic, you will be responsible for the Global Operations and Supply Chain Value stream, overseeing plan, build, and run activities for all applications from the stakeholders in Global Operations and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to translate business processes or concepts into technical requirements and vice versa. - Manage multiple complex priorities efficiently. - Strong decision-making abilities and problem resolution skills. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills. - Understanding of business processes and vocabulary. - Analytical problem-solving skills. - Efficiently prioritize tasks and work independently. - Work collaboratively within a team and across teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience. - Experience with enterprise EDI middleware applications like WebMethods/Trading Network, BizLink/BizManager. - Familiarity with EDI standards such as ANSI X-12 and xCBL. - Proficiency in SAP SD, Pricing, and EDI within SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments. - Experience working with third-party EDI service providers (Value Added Networks). - Experience in business process definition, requirements definition, and technology solution research. - Goal-oriented with a focus on improving productivity, profitability, and business processes. - Strong sense of accountability and ability to translate business requirements into IT delivery.
