Key Deliverables: Own end-to-end feature development, ensuring high-quality production releases Architect and develop highly scalable, maintainable web applications with performance optimizations Lead frontend performance optimization efforts and resolve critical frontend challenges Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance Implement and advocate for frontend security best practices Role Responsibilities: Co-own the frontend tech roadmap, aligning technical direction with business goals Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers for user experience improvements Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues Manage infrastructure related to frontend applications, including build pipelines, CI/CD, and asset management Implement responsive and accessible designs ensuring UX/UI consistency
