Sr Engineer For Road Projects

Role & responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil projects (Buildings, Infrastructure, Roads, Bridges, etc.). Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource planning. Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and site execution teams. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor coordination. Review drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and resolve technical issues. Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to management. Handle client coordination and stakeholder communication. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance. Lead and mentor site engineers and project team members. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Senior Engineer / Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion.
