About the role
Role & responsibilities Prepare and review structural designs, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications in accordance with applicable codes and project requirements. Analyze RCC and structural steel components to ensure safety, stability, and structural integrity. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated design solutions. Review shop drawings, construction methodologies, and technical submittals for compliance with project specifications. Provide technical support to site teams and resolve structural engineering issues during project execution. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations. Perform quantity estimation, material optimization, and value engineering to improve project efficiency. Monitor design progress, maintain engineering documentation, and prepare technical reports. Identify design risks and recommend practical, cost-effective engineering solutions. Support timely project delivery by ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to project schedules.
