About the role
As a frontend engineer with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, user-facing features using React and TypeScript. Your role will involve having a strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management. You should have excellent fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and Sass (SCSS) and experience in building responsive, accessible, and performant web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build scalable, user-facing features using React and TypeScript - Understand frontend architecture, component design, and state management - Have strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and Sass (SCSS) - Build responsive, accessible, and performant web applications - Drive experimentation, conversion, and engagement - Translate product and UX requirements into measurable frontend outcomes - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Data teams - Apply AI-powered capabilities to real user flows - Work with tools like React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, feature flag platforms, analytics & experimentation tools, API integration, testing tools, modern build tools, and version control Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript - Proven experience working on growth or experimentation initiatives - Ability to implement and manage feature flags - Experience with analytics events and funnels validation - Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data teams - Ability to ship features iteratively and safely using data-driven decision-making - Strong frontend fundamentals in HTML, CSS, accessibility, and performance Additional Company Details: - The company values growth mindset and encourages experimentation and innovation in product development - Opportunity to work on AI-powered UI features and contribute to high-growth, product-led organizations Please note: The job is full-time and requires in-person work.
