About the role
As a Web Designer for our company, you will be responsible for designing and evolving engaging content and blog-driven web experiences that are visually compelling and easy to navigate. Your role will involve creating user-centered UI and UX designs that enhance readability, engagement, and content discovery. You will collaborate closely with content, SEO, and engineering teams to develop layouts that are optimized for performance and growth. Additionally, you will be translating brand guidelines into consistent web designs across various pages, templates, and components. Key Responsibilities: - Design wireframes, page layouts, and high-fidelity mockups for new content formats and site enhancements. - Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation within WordPress themes and templates. - Continuously improve site usability through data analysis, feedback, and the implementation of best UX practices. Qualifications Required: - 46 years of experience in designing content-rich or blog-based websites. - Strong hands-on experience with WordPress and web UI/UX design fundamentals. - Experience with SEO-driven design, performance optimization, accessibility standards, or analytics-informed design decisions.
