About the Job We are seeking an experienced UX Lead to drive user experience strategy, lead design initiatives, and mentor a team of designers. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX /UI expertise, product thinking, user research, and design system knowledge to create impactful B2B and B2C digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to solve complex problems, shape product direction, and deliver user-centric solutions while upholding our core values of Customer First, Collaboration, Innovation, Ownership, Integrity, and Excellence. Key Responsibilities At Metayb, People are expected to take end-to-end ownership and contribute to building scalable, future-ready digital products Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring high-quality design execution, collaboration, and continuous skill development. Define and drive UX strategy, design architecture, and scalable design systems across web and mobile products. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developer and Business Stakeholders to transform business requirements into user-centric solutions. Conduct user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, usability testing, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate design decisions. Design end-to-end user experiences for both B2B and B2C products, including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models. Create data-driven case studies and leverage user insights, analytics, and feedback to solve complex business problems and improve product experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or User Experience Leadership roles, with proven experience leading design teams. Strong expertise in UX Strategy, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and User-Centered Design principles. Hands-on experience building and managing Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Design Governance frameworks. Proven experience designing and delivering successful B2B and B2C digital products with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management. Proficiency in Figma (mandatory), Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, market research, usability testing, and analytical skills with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
