About the role
As a UI/UX Designer at Metayb, a high-growth digital transformation company, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for B2B, B2C, SaaS, and product-based applications, from requirement gathering to final design delivery. - Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and developers to translate customer pain points and technical requirements into scalable design solutions. - Design user journeys, wireframes, visual interfaces, and interactive prototypes with a focus on usability and customer engagement. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and product background research to deliver innovative and value-driven user experiences. - Create user-centric experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing audiences, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals. - Apply user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines to build modern and intuitive digital experiences. - Develop and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and design standards for consistency across multiple products. - Work with development teams to ensure flawless implementation of designs and adherence to usability standards. - Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and continuously iterate designs to improve customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovation into the product ecosystem.
