Influence the full tech architecture of a billiondollar company Combines enterprise architecture + product ownership + AI transformation. About Our Client The employer is a large organization in the FMCG industry, known for its focus on innovation and technological advancements. They have an established presence in the household sector and are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to their customers. Job Description Design how all major applications should be built, connected, and scaled. Modernize old systems into cloud-native, microservices-based platforms. Own architecture decisions (build vs buy, platform choices, tech stack guidelines). Implement AI use cases across supply chain, sales, finance, and operations. Manage vendors, contracts, and total cost of ownership. Manage uptime, performance, and reliability of core platforms. Govern DevSecOps, security, and compliance. Partner with business leaders to create tech roadmaps. Build and mentor engineering + DevOps + AI teams. The Successful Applicant A successful Group IT Product Manager should have: Enterprise architecture experience (non-negotiable). Built or re-architected large-scale enterprise applications/platforms. Robust with SAP, Salesforce, SaaS apps, APIs, microservices. Experience modernizing legacy systems. Cloud expertise - Azure/AWS. Architecture governance + design patterns. Exposure to AI concepts (RAG, orchestration, LLM integrations). Built internal developer platforms or reusable frameworks. Ran large transformation programs (>50 Cr spend). Understanding of FinOps and platform cost governance. Solid stakeholder management in matrix orgs.
