Lead all engineering and design activities for Data Center projectsOpportunity to grow your career with a fast growing company About Our Client Our client is a leading and fast-growing energy transition organization with a strong presence across renewable energy, green fuels, and EPC solutions. The company is at the forefront of building sustainable infrastructure across sectors such as solar, hydrogen, ammonia, and biofuels, with integrated project execution capabilities. Job Description Develop and lead the engineering and design strategy for Data Center projects. Establish engineering standards, design governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes. Lead the design of HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, DG systems, UPS systems, bus ducts, switchgear, earthing and lightning protection systems. Define redundancy architectures including N, N+1, 2N and 2N+1 configurations. Optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE) and energy efficiency. Lead concept, schematic, detailed engineering and IFC design reviews. Collaborate with EPC, project execution, procurement and commissioning teams. Engage with clients, consultants, utility authorities, OEMs and technology partners. Drive value engineering, innovation and sustainability initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Master's Degree preferred. Relevant Data Center or Mission Critical certifications are advantageous.15-20+ years of engineering and design experience overall.8-10+ years in Data Center or mission-critical infrastructure. Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
