Project lead engineer - Rotating Equipment

Drive complex rotating equipment projects across global markets Exposure to global teams, customers, and engineering stakeholders Job Description Lead the technical scope and execution of rotating equipment packages for onshore and offshore projects. Manage engineering schedules, technical documentation, specifications, bills of materials, and contract deliverable. Act as the primary technical interface for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and project functions to ensure successful project delivery. Support proposal development, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, and operational activities. Translate customer specifications and contract requirements into executable engineering deliverable. Drive compliance with applicable engineering standards, certifications, and customer requirements. The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone who has: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of experience within rotating equipment, turbo-machinery, compressors, turbines, or process industry applications. Experience spanning engineering, project management, manufacturing, proposals, procurement, or package engineering environments. Strong understanding of rotating equipment systems, gearboxes, couplings, and associated auxiliaries. Exposure to PLM and engineering tools such as Teamcenter, NX, COMOS, E3, Jira, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SAP and engineering data management systems. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project stakeholders effectively. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project reviews, and site activities as required.
