They offer cloud based platform used by Lessors, MROs, airlines to manage aircraft documentation and optimize operation efficiency. Job Description Define and implement the overall QA automation strategy across multiple projects. Lead and mentor a team of automation and manual QA engineers. Design, implement, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks for: - UI Testing (Web & Mobile - Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium). - API Testing (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, Newman). - Backend Testing (databases, microservices). - Performance Testing (JMeter, Gatling, k6). Define and enforce QA best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines. Drive test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management. Perform risk-based testing and ensure coverage for functional, regression, smoke, and performance tests. The Successful Applicant 8-12 years of total experience in QA, with at least 3+ years in a QA Lead or QA Manager role. Strong hands-on expertise in: - Automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium. API automation: RestAssured, Karate, Postman (automation scripting).
