About the role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Provide excellent customer support for our Educational ERP software. 2. Address client queries and issues efficiently via On-Site Visit, phone, email, and chat. 3. Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally. 6. Basic knowledge of IT and AI is essential.
