About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support for our educational ERP software. 2. Address client queries and issues efficiently via on-site visits, phone, email, and chat. 3. Ensure timely resolution of technical and non-technical issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
