About the role
As an IT Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of IT operations and business relationships. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Knowledge on Server Hardware from multiple vendors, Remote Management Tools, Software and Hardware Raid, and clear network fundamentals and topology. - Understanding and analyzing new business cases and client needs. - Developing new organizational structures and effective solutions. - Demonstrating delivery methodology to prospective clients. - Costing and pricing for new business cases. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to: - Identify challenges in existing delivery processes and propose new business offering areas. - Define new delivery methodologies and strategies. - Identify the skills and capabilities required for new managers and assist in their development. - Establish different thresholds for achievements. The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications: - Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA - Certification in Technology or IT Service Management Certifications, with ITIL Intermediate Certificate.
