Senior Manager - Product Security & Project Delivery

KRA 1) Product Security Governance Product security requirements are defined, reviewed, and incorporated from the design stage itself. 2) Secure-by-Design Implementation Applications are designed, developed, tested, and deployed with security controls built into the lifecycle. 3) Product Engineering Coordination Security requirements are incorporated into product design, development, testing, release, and defect closure processes. 4) Cloud Engineering Coordination Cloud architecture, access controls, monitoring, backup, deployment, and security configurations are validated before go-live. 5) Application & Cloud Security Readiness Vulnerabilities, security gaps, and cloud security observations are tracked and closed within agreed timelines. 6) Customer Project Governance Projects handled by the project delivery / project services team are planned, tracked, and delivered as per agreed timelines and scope. 7) Implementation & Go-Live Management UAT, production deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities are executed smoothly. 8) Risk & Escalation Management Project, technical, product, cloud, and security risks are identified early and closed with proper ownership. 9) Stakeholder Coordination Product, cloud, delivery, support, customer, and management stakeholders are effectively coordinated. 10) Reporting & Documentation Project plans, security trackers, risk logs, deployment checklists, status reports, and closure documents are maintained accurately.
