Location: Bangalore/Chennai Position: Senior UX Designer Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, develop personas, and create journey maps to inform design decisions. Lead UX research, wireframing (both low fidelity and high fidelity), prototyping, and usability testing. Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Create design systems and guidelines for consistency and scalability. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive design solutions. Advocate for user needs through data-driven insights and usability testing. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices. Additional Skills: Proven experience (5+ years) in UX design for web and mobile applications with a portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centric designs. Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like ProtoPie, InVision, Figjam, and Miro. Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, usability testing, and A/B testing. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, JavaScript, React) to facilitate better collaboration with developers. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Experience in designing for both B2B and B2C products. UX Certification in specific topics like Design Thinking, User Research, or Product Design is a plus.
