Office Location: Chennai
Design and implement end-to-end cloud architecture solutions to migrate on-premises applications, servers, and databases to AWS. Assess existing infrastructure and develop detailed migration strategies, including re-hosting, re-platforming, or re-architecting approaches. Plan and execute migrations using AWS services such as AWS Migration Hub, Application Migration Service, Database Migration Service (DMS), and CloudEndure. Ensure security and compliance by implementing IAM, encryption, network segmentation (VPC design), and monitoring per AWS best practices. Optimize cost and performance by selecting appropriate AWS instance types, storage tiers, and auto-scaling configurations. Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal downtime during migration. Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates using CloudFormation or Terraform for repeatable and scalable deployments. Provide technical leadership and documentation throughout migration lifecycle, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational handover.
