Cisco SD - WAN & WAN Architect / SME

Engineering and Design of SD-WAN architectures based on clients requirements and best practices. Lead and mentor infrastructure operations (2nd and 3rd level support) in compliance with customer specific SLAs. Design and implement solutions to infrastructure and SD-WAN related problems and proactively make recommendations to mitigate similar issues in future. Design and implement Cisco SD-WAN technologies, Lead the team in development, documentation, and review of SD-WAN solutions, such as network architecture diagrams, high level, and low-level engineering design documents. Prepare and document standard operating procedures, guidelines, and processes to provide direction to team and to deliver extended services. As technical expert measures the effectiveness and efficiency of existing services; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging of existing Services. Monitor system and service performance, the service SLA and implement service improvement measures. Ensure Release management and lifecycle management controls are in place. Work together with Operations and Service Management to communicate information to the clients regularly. Expert level troubleshooting skills with diverse knowledge about tools from the Cisco SD-WAN and WAN Routing technologies. This position is expected to be self-starting, self-motivating, and exercising significant responsibility for providing excellent customer support. Prepare and update documentation, deliver reports and work customer centric. Your Profile Expert level work experience as SD-WAN Architects in design and deploy new solutions and enhancements to existing SD-WAN infrastructure, implement enhancements to existing Tools, and ensure the functioning, documentation, and training to the team. Profound experience with Cisco SD-WAN or Cisco Viptela technologies as Mandatory and manage a multi-vendor WAN/SD-WAN multi-protocol routing, including but not limited to EIGRP, BGP and OSPF. Thorough understanding of the WAN and core routing technologies, latest SD-WAN principles, and protocols, furthermore expert level troubleshooting skills on systems and with diverse Tools. Minimum 15 years of work experience with Routing and WAN technologies and bachelor s degree in technology or in Computer Science. Additionally, you should have CCIE certification in Cisco. Mentor Managed Service team, ready for 24/7 escalation management for operations team. Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure, independent, structured, reliable way of working and hands-on mentality. Quick perception, creativity, structured approach, and pleasure in solving complex challenges, willingness for upgrading skills and very good communication skills both written and oral.
