We are seeking an accomplished AI/ML leader with deep expertise in Computer Vision to drive innovation, manage largescale projects, and deliver productiongrade solutions with measurable business impact. This role requires a blend of technical mastery, strategic leadership, and handson experience in deploying AI/ML systems across industrial and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and vision models with proven leadership in managing distributed teams, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Program Leadership: Lead and oversee endtoend AI/ML programs, with a strong focus on Computer Vision solutions. Manage the full lifecycle from problem definition, data strategy, model development (detection, segmentation, classification), deployment, monitoring, and retraining. - Strategic Alignment: Ensure business goals are aligned with technical execution. Translate organizational objectives into actionable AI/ML strategies, balancing innovation with ROI expectations. - CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows. Provide legal, ethical, and compliance guidance for AI adoption. - System Architecture: Collaborate on designing scalable system architectures, including data pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and infrastructure for both cloud and edge environments. - Model Optimization: Guide inference optimization across diverse environments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and costeffectiveness. - Governance & Compliance: Implement governance frameworks, reproducibility standards, and compliance protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment. - Risk Management: Identify risks in AI/ML projects, propose mitigation strategies, and manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. - Innovation & Research: Foster innovation by exploring emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks. Encourage experimentation and adoption of cuttingedge approaches in Computer Vision. - Monitoring & Maintenance: Establish robust monitoring systems for deployed models, ensuring continuous performance tracking, retraining, and lifecycle management. - Team Development: Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts. Build highperforming teams through coaching, knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of innovation. - Industrial Applications: Drive AI initiatives in industrial and manufacturing contexts, leveraging Computer Vision for automation, defect detection, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes. - Agile Delivery: Apply Agile methodologies to manage distributed teams, ensuring iterative delivery, adaptability, and responsiveness to business needs. - Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs for AI/ML projects, including accuracy, scalability, efficiency, and business impact. Required Skills - Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision models (detection, segmentation, classification). - Proven experience in MLOps, data pipelines, and scalable AI architectures. - Handson knowledge of industrial/manufacturing AI applications. - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and related frameworks. - Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge deployment strategies. - Robust understanding of governance, compliance, and reproducibility standards in AI. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Ability to manage risks, timelines, and ROI expectations effectively. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and distributed team management. Qualification - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. - Demonstrated success in delivering productiongrade AI systems in industrial/manufacturing environments. - Additional certifications in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision are an advantage.
