About the role
Job Description Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end semiconductor program execution across multiple functional teams including: o Analog IP o Digital Design & Verification o RF Design o Physical Design o DFT o Applications & Validation Teams Define and track program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Ensure timely execution and delivery of IPs, subsystems, and SoC integration activities. Coordinate closely with foundries and external vendors for: o PDK releases o MPW schedules o Tapeout readiness o Manufacturing and silicon bring-up support Lead program reviews, status meetings, and escalation management across internal and external stakeholders. Identify program risks proactively and drive mitigation and closure plans. Ensure closure of critical issues and escalations related to: o Design quality o Verification coverage o Tapeout readiness o Silicon issues o Foundry dependencies Work with Applications and Validation teams to ensure smooth post-silicon bring-up and customer support readiness. Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Customer-facing teams. Establish and improve program management processes, dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and organizational objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Project Management within the semiconductor industry. Solid understanding of the semiconductor product development lifecycle in a fabless workplace. Experience managing cross-functional teams involving: o Analog IP o Digital Design & Verification o RF IP o Physical Design o Applications/Validation Teams Hands-on experience coordinating with foundries and managing tapeout activities. Good understanding of SoC development flow, silicon lifecycle, and product execution processes. Proven ability to drive execution, accountability, and delivery across geographically distributed teams. Robust experience in issue tracking, escalation management, and risk mitigation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
