Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in the banking domain.Role Summary To lead and coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the core banking implementation, with a focus on the CASA domain, ensuring business requirements are validated, defects are managed effectively, and business sign-off is achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead UAT planning, strategy, scheduling, and coordination.Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios and test cases.Manage UAT execution, defect logging, follow-up, and retesting.Coordinate with business users, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely issue resolution.Track testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and sign-off evidence.Required Experience 1015 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in banking.Strong experience in UAT execution within banking or core banking transformation programs.Experience in CASA-related processes is preferred.Required Skills UAT planning and executionDefect management and stakeholder coordinationStrong documentation and analytical skillsProficiency in Excel, JIRA, and ConfluencePreferred Skills FLEXCUBE exposure, especially CASA moduleExperience in international/multi-location banking environments thanks! .
