Other Roles and Responsibilities MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable. Interested in IT documentations. Passionate about helpdesk, Active Directory management, unlocking applications. Ability to work within customer focused team Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others. Should be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts and on-call schedule.
