Job Title : Process Safety Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Support Management of Change (MOC) and Process Safety Information (PSI) processes across operations and engineering teams.

Provide guidance, training, and quality assurance for MOC and PSI implementation.

Monitor ongoing MOC activities and maintain process safety metrics and reporting.

Utilize Power BI dashboards to enhance process monitoring, visibility, and reporting efficiency.

Support process safety culture initiatives by improving workforce awareness and understanding.

Assist in continuous improvement of process safety programs, tools, and workflows.

Support closure of audit findings, PHA recommendations, and compliance-related actions.

Develop and maintain process safety documentation, reports, and tracking tools.

Participate in incident investigations, PSM audits, PHAs, and risk assessment activities as required.

Requisites

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.

Strong understanding of Process Safety Management concepts such as PHA, MOC, and PSI.

Experience in process safety, operations support, or process engineering environments.

Familiarity with Power BI dashboards, metrics reporting, and process monitoring tools.

Knowledge of audit management, risk assessments, and safety compliance processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
