Job Title: Icertis Developer / Technical Consultant We are seeking an experienced Icertis Developer / Technical Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and integration activities on the Icertis platform. This role is suited for a hands-on contractor who can work across technical design, configuration, development, and support while partnering effectively with business and delivery stakeholders. Strategic Support the design and delivery of scalable solutions on the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. Translate business and process requirements into technical solutions aligned to platform capabilities and project goals. Contribute to platform adoption by recommending practical approaches for configuration, customization, and integration. Partner with functional and technical teams to improve contract lifecycle workflows, usability, and system performance. Help drive solution quality through sound technical design, documentation, and release discipline. Operational Configure, develop, and enhance solutions within the Icertis platform based on approved requirements. Build and support integrations using .NET and Azure Function Apps. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes. Support data migration, testing, deployment, and environment management activities. Create technical documentation including design notes, configuration details, and support artifacts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, architects, and project managers. Participate in code reviews, defect triage, and sprint ceremonies as needed. Qualifications 35 years of hands-on experience in Icertis implementation and development. Experience working with .NET technologies and Azure Function Apps. Understanding of enterprise application integration patterns and API-based connectivity. Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices, including testing and deployment support. Ability to work independently in a contractor role while coordinating effectively with broader delivery teams. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Icertis Technical Professional certification preferred. Essentials Hands-on experience delivering technical work on the Icertis platform. Practical development experience in .NET. Exposure to Azure services, especially Azure Function Apps. Ability to support both project delivery and ongoing enhancements. Comfortable working in fast-paced delivery environments with shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail and accountability for quality and timelines.
