Lead Data Scientist AI/ML

Our mission is to leverage advanced machine learning and scalable AI platforms to deliver smarter, faster, and more secure financial decisioning. Responsibilities Lead AI product teams across Credit Risk, Fraud, and Collections. Build and deploy large-scale machine learning solutions for lending and risk decisioning. Own the complete ML lifecycle, from feature engineering and model training to deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Design scalable ML infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, feature stores, and model registries. Requirements 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering with production-scale ML systems. Current designation should be Lead or above. Strong expertise in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk Management, Collections, and Recovery analytics. Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, APIs/Microservices, CI/CD, and distributed computing. Experience building scalable ML platforms, feature stores, model registries, and MLOps pipelines. Proven experience deploying credit risk models, fraud detection, graph ML, early warning systems, portfolio monitoring, and recovery forecasting solutions. Strong leadership experience managing AI teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI platforms. Experience working within BFSI governance, including model governance, compliance, auditability, PII handling, and secure-by-design architecture. B.Tech/M.Tech from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, NIT, BITS) preferred. Candidates from Product, FinTech, Banking, NBFC, or Global Capability Centers are preferred. .
