Senior Software Engineer Python Automation & OOPs

Role Overview: You will be joining a global provider of motion control and automation solutions as a Python Automation Developer (Sr./Advanced Sr.). Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions using Python. This role requires strong object-oriented programming skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to transform business requirements into efficient code. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and manage deliverables independently. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions utilizing Python (or migrating from Java/C++/C#). - Analyze requirements to create clear technical designs and functional automation frameworks. - Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Review code and offer technical guidance to junior developers. - Take complete ownership of assigned modules and deliverables. Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience in software development or automation. - Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in Python/Java/C++/C# (Java/C++/C# candidates must be open to learning and working in Python). - Excellent analytical, design, coding, and debugging skills. - Thorough understanding of design patterns, frameworks, and software architecture principles. - Ability to translate requirements into design and design into fully functional code. - Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
