Platform Product Manager Enterprise SaaS

As a Technical Product Manager at our technology-driven organization, your role will involve leading cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end product delivery. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and enabling innovation through modern AI and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with API-first architectures, cloud-native platforms, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise system integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end product delivery from architecture design through production deployment - Drive API-first architecture strategy and platform modernization initiatives - Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define product requirements and roadmaps - Manage full-stack product engineering initiatives across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI platforms - Oversee scalable microservices and cloud-native application architectures - Define and govern API frameworks, GraphQL services, and integration standards - Lead AI/ML initiatives including LLM, RAG, semantic search, and intelligent automation solutions - Support ERP and enterprise platform integrations - Conduct technology evaluations and R&D for emerging AI and cloud technologies - Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and risk management - Monitor delivery KPIs, quality metrics, and product performance - Ensure platform security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field - 10-16 years of experience in Technical Product Management or Product Engineering - Strong experience with API-first architecture and enterprise platform development - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native applications - Experience with Next.js, React, Python, Node.js, and microservices architecture - Strong knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs, and backend integration frameworks - Experience with PostgreSQL, Vector Databases, and data platform design - Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems - Experience managing cross-functional engineering and product teams This job offers you the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of technology-driven solutions across various domains such as AI, automation, eCommerce, procurement, and digital transformation.
