Technical Architect AWS Microservices

In this role as a Lead Architect / Solution Architect at the technology-driven organization specializing in building enterprise-grade digital commerce, procurement, and integration platforms, you will be responsible for driving architecture strategy, platform scalability, and enterprise integrations across digital commerce ecosystems. Your expertise in API integrations, ERP systems, cloud platforms, microservices, and distributed architectures will be crucial in leading architecture decisions, solving complex integration challenges, and building scalable systems supporting global business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy and technology roadmaps - Design scalable solutions for eCommerce, ERP, and third-party integrations - Lead architecture decisions across cloud-native and distributed systems - Design and implement API integrations between eCommerce and ERP platforms - Integrate supplier, logistics, payment gateway, and external business systems - Ensure real-time synchronization of orders, inventory, pricing, and customer data - Design secure, scalable, and high-performance integration frameworks - Troubleshoot integration issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks - Define API governance, authentication, and security standards - Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing systems - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams - Establish architecture best practices, documentation, and technical standards - Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership Must-Have Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 12-20 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership - Strong experience designing enterprise-scale architectures and integration platforms - Hands-on expertise with API integrations, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and webhooks - Experience integrating ERP systems such as Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms - Strong knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures - Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms - Strong programming experience in Node.js, Python, or related backend technologies - Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or enterprise databases - Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, API security, and authentication frameworks - Experience designing event-driven systems, messaging queues, and asynchronous architectures - Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills In this role as a Lead Architect / Solution Architect at the technology-driven organization specializing in building enterprise-grade digital commerce, procurement, and integration platforms, you will be responsible for driving architecture strategy, platform scalability, and enterprise integrations across digital commerce ecosystems.
