About the role
As an Architect at Morphogenesis, you will be a part of a globally recognized firm with diverse expertise in Master Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape Design. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with project managers and consultants to ensure project goals in design, execution, and sustainability are achieved. - Guide the team to uphold the Firms Design Philosophy and ensure adherence to it. - Stay updated with global design standards and technological advancements by referring to various sources, both internal and external. - Understand the integration of Faade with Interiors and Landscape and provide guidance to the team. - Employ innovative thinking to overcome technical and design challenges. - Oversee the production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks. - Uphold quality control standards for all architectural elements. - Develop and maintain project manuals and specifications. - Contribute actively to Design Reviews by gathering and presenting relevant information. - Conduct on-site observations, document site reviews, and address Requests for Information (RFI). - Support the Team Lead in preparing Client Presentations. Qualifications Required: - 0-6 years of experience in architecture. - Strong understanding of architectural design principles. - Ability to think creatively and resolve design challenges effectively. - Proficiency in project coordination and team management. - Familiarity with construction administration processes.
