Accounts and MIS analysis

Job Summary: The Accounts and MIS Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems (MIS) to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial and operational data, creating insightful reports, and identifying opportunities for business process improvement to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain MIS systems and databases to collect and analyze organizational data. Analyze financial and operational performance metrics to prepare insightful reports and dashboards. Interpret data trends and create visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Identify process improvement opportunities based on data analysis and collaborate with teams to streamline workflows. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data by implementing regular quality checks and audits. Provide decision support to management through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. Develop user documentation and train team members on effective usage of MIS systems and reports.
