About the role
Roles and Responsibilities: Understand requirements from Project Manager and develop applications using Dot Net technologies. Ensure timely completion of development with quality delivery. Ensure all deliverables are information security certified. Perform root cause analysis for production-related issues and achieve first-time resolution. Maintain less than 20% rejection rate from the Quality Assurance team. Follow daily SDLC task lists and project execution plans. Participate in HR Portal development from inception using a hybrid development approach. Work dedicatedly on aligned projects and contribute partially during execution phases.
