JAVA Production Support Lead

As an experienced Java developer, your primary skills/expertise should include Java 1.8, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, and experience on cloud platforms. In this role, your key responsibilities will involve: - Hands-on enterprise-level J2EE based web application development and support - Working with React JS, Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies - Setting up Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment - Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues - Supporting various B2B functions such as production monitoring, error analysis, and client correspondence - Leading a team and providing guidance to junior members - Owning and resolving issues, coordinating with other teams, and managing customer expectations - Delivering effective presentations and possessing excellent communication skills - Familiarity with kanban and ticket-based support model Your technical skills should include: - 9-13 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects - Proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies, Java EE, and Maven - Strong troubleshooting skills in JavaScript object model with a good understanding of React.js - Experience with popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux - Knowledge of Spring, Java frameworks, Spring Security, and SSO solutions - Understanding of SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP) - Expertise in working with databases like Oracle, MySQL, ORM tools, and providing scalability recommendations - Experience in using kanban methodology and production support ticket-based model If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, they have not been provided.
