Job Summary: - We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in the general insurance domain to join our team. - In this role, you will act as a crucial bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams. - You will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure that our systems and processes support our underwriting, claims, and policy administration functions. Key Responsibilities : - - Analyze and document business requirements for general insurance systems (policy, claims, billing). - - Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories. - - Work with stakeholders to define and improve underwriting, claims, and policy processes. - - Collaborate with development teams to design and implement technical solutions. - - Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet business needs. - - Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Required Qualifications: - - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the general insurance industry. - - Deep understanding of general insurance business processes (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration). - - Experience with insurance core systems. - - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - - Experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms. - - Experience with data analysis and reporting. - - Certified Business Analysis Skilled (CBAP) or equivalent.
