Deputy Manager - Data Science - Construction Equipment Industry

As a Deputy Manager in the field of Data Science in the Construction Equipment industry located in Pune, you will have the following responsibilities: - End-to-End Project Ownership: - Lead projects from data gathering and data pipeline development to model building, evaluation, and production deployment. - Programming & Tools: - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and/or R. - Exhibit advanced skills in SQL for database querying and data manipulation. - Utilize major data science and AI/ML frameworks such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, etc. - Cloud Platforms: - Gain practical experience working with cloud-based data science environments. - Develop familiarity with AWS services for ETL, model development, deployment, and orchestration. - Machine Learning & Deep Learning Expertise: - Possess a strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML/DL algorithms. - Apply advanced analytics techniques to solve real-world business problems. - Data Pipeline & Solution Architecture: - Design end-to-end data pipelines and ML solution architectures. - Demonstrate the ability to take models from prototype to production-grade systems. - MLOps (Preferred): - Have knowledge of MLOps best practices including model version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and monitoring. - Experience with tools like MLflow, DVC, Airflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc., is an advantage.
