Job Title: Engineering Lead Appian (EL - Appian) Location: Chennai (Relocation candidates welcome) Experience: 10+ years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Appian to lead application development and delivery. The candidate should have hands-on experience and proven leadership in Appian-based projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead design, development, and deployment of Appian applications Manage and mentor development teams Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements Ensure best practices in Appian architecture and development Drive project delivery and quality outcomes Requirements: 10+ years of overall experience Strong experience in Appian at a lead level Hands-on experience in Appian development and implementation Good leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred: Experience in BPM/Workflow tools Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
