Salesforce Network and Akamai Administrator (Hyderabad)

Job Summary: - We are seeking a skilled Administrator to manage the networking and security infrastructure supporting our Salesforce ecosystem, with a specific focus on Akamai solutions. - In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our Salesforce platform. - You will configure and manage Akamai services, monitor network performance, and troubleshoot issues. Key Responsibilities: - - Configure, manage, and monitor Akamai services (CDN, WAF, API Gateway) for the Salesforce platform. - - Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the Salesforce environment. - - Monitor network performance and security events, and respond to incidents. - - Manage and maintain user access and permissions in accordance with security policies. - - Collaborate with Salesforce developers and IT teams to optimize the infrastructure. - - Troubleshoot and resolve networking and security issues affecting the Salesforce platform. - - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce security and networking updates and best practices. Required Qualifications: - - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - - 4-6 years of experience in network administration and security, with a focus on Salesforce infrastructure. - - Robust hands-on experience with Akamai products, including CDN, WAF, and API Gateway. - - Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing). - - Experience with Salesforce administration and security features. - - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: - - Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator. - - Akamai certifications. - - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
