Job Description - . 5+yrs of experience in Employee Central, EC Time Off, EC Payroll and LMS modules of SuccessFactors. Proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners Have in depth knowledge of HR business processes Translate business requirements to system configuration in accordance with Solution Design and Configuration workbook / Business blueprint Knowledge of XML and Data models Proficient in MDF objects, Configuration UIs, Picklists, Associations Worked on Events, Event Derivation rules and Workflow configurations Worked on Position Management settings, Org chart, Position org chart Proficiency in writing rules for complex scenarios Worked on Role Based Permissions Perform Knowledge Transfer to Client team members Proficiency in Data Migration of Objects and Employee data Knowledge of EC Time-off Expertise in language translations Proficiency in preparing Test Scenarios, Test Plans and test cases for various testing cycles Should have worked on Cutover activities for production and movement of configuration using Instance sync and other methods Should have high proficiency in communication and client facing skill.
