Dear Candidate, We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented L1 NOC Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess fundamental knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and network monitoring tools. Location: Bangalore Shift : Rotational Shift Exp :1-4yrs Key skills Monitor network infrastructure using NOC monitoring tools. Perform first-level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN connectivity issues. Identify, analyze, and respond to network alarms and alerts. Create, track, and update incidents through ticketing tools such as ServiceNow. Escalate critical incidents to L2/L3 support teams as per defined procedures. Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN links.
