About the role
As a Lead Business Analyst and Product Owner for AI/ML-driven enterprise initiatives, your role will involve driving requirement strategy, stakeholder alignment, product roadmap detailing, and supporting the full AI/ML lifecycle delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and own requirement strategy including BRD, FRD, SRS, Epics, Features, and User Stories. - Conduct advanced current/future-state modeling, gap analysis, and business impact assessment. - Drive backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and executive-level stakeholder alignment. - Partner with AI/ML teams on problem framing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and business validation. - Lead workshops, UAT sessions, demos, and executive briefings. - Oversee governance documentation such as traceability matrices, business rules, data dictionaries, and process flows. - Support end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle: Business Understanding Data Model BAT Deployment Monitoring. Qualification Required: - Business analysis & enterprise requirements experience of 8+ years. - Proficiency in BRD, FRD, SRS, User stories, and Epics for 8+ years. - Domain expertise in Banking, Insurance, or Logistics for 5+ years. - Experience in AI/ML lifecycle, prompt engineering, and LLM use cases for 35 years. - Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and profiling for 35 years. - Product management experience including Epics, Features, Roadmap, and Acceptance criteria for 5+ years. - Agile experience including Scrum ownership, Sprint planning, and Grooming for 6+ years. Nice to Have: - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and MLOps exposure. - Experience with scoring models, claims/underwriting platforms. - Knowledge of API documentation & integration. - Proficiency in Lucidchart, Miro, and data visualization tools.
