A Technical Project Manager AND Scrum Master role is a dual-focus position that combines high-level project oversight with daily team facilitation. This individual is responsible for delivering technical projects on time and within budget while simultaneously coaching the team to be high-performing and Agile. Location: Bengaluru Immediate Joiners only, 0-10 days Java projects exposure or Java hands-on Fixed Price Projects hands-on Exp: 7 to 15 Years CTC: Up to 28LPA basis experience Operating Mode: 5 days a week, WFO Interested candidates pls apply Job Summary The Technical PM / Scrum Master leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of technology initiatives. They bridge the gap between technical execution and business goals by managing roadmaps, budgets, and risks while facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing daily obstacles for the engineering team. Key Responsibilities A combined role typically includes these two primary areas of focus: 1. Project & Technical Management (TPM Duties) Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, schedules, and resource forecasts. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a "translator" between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track spending, and provide financial reporting to leadership. Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess technical risks and dependencies across multiple projects. 2. Team Facilitation & Coaching (Scrum Master Duties) Ceremony Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Impediment Removal: Proactively clear blockers that prevent the team from meeting sprint goals. Backlog Management: Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Process Improvement: Coach the team on self-organization, technical excellence, and improving velocity through data-driven insights. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, or a related technical field. Certifications: Ideally holds both a PMP (Project Management Professional) and a CSM (Certified Scrum Master). OPTIONAL Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of the JAVA software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud infrastructure, or the specific tech stack used by the team. Tools: Mastery of Agile management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
