SAP BW Support Analyst

Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 level support for SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA systems. Handle critical P1 and P2 tickets and ensure timely resolution. Work on data modelling tasks in SAP BW and SAP HANA environments. Develop and troubleshoot ABAP-based data extraction and transformations. Utilize AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) for complex scenarios (basic exposure required). Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. Ensure compliance with SAP authorization concepts and data governance standards. Support and maintain data sources from SAP ECC and SAP CRM systems. Maintain documentation and adhere to ITSM processes and ticketing standards. Eligibility Criteria: Mandatory Skills: SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA SAP HANA ABAP programming Basic experience with AMDP Data modelling expertise Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM source systems Basic understanding of reporting and analytics Good to Have: Experience with SAP BW and HANA authorization concepts Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively
