QA Automation Engineer (Playwright & Tosca)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in modern test automation frameworks, specifically Playwright and Tosca . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality software delivery across web and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.

· Implement and manage test automation using Tosca (Tricentis Tosca) for enterprise-level applications.

· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.

· Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

· Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

· Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution.

· Maintain test documentation, test cases, and automation frameworks.

· Ensure test coverage and improve overall QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing.

· Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).

· Experience with Tricentis Tosca for model-based test automation.

· Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.

· Experience in API testing (REST/GraphQL).

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

· Strong knowledge of test frameworks, debugging, and reporting tools.

· Experience with version control systems like Git.

· Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• · Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

• · Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.

• · Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• · Tosca certification is a plus.
