Job Description: WE ARE HIRING A NETWORK ENGINEER POSITION: Network Engineer LOCATION: Vapi WORK EXP: 0-24 Months EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time SALARY: Starting from 15000/- month up to 35000/- month (depends on skills and experience ) Also, there is no bar for the right candidate JOB DESCRIPTION: ISP NOC-related work, handling customers on call and their complaints, basic/advanced knowledge of networking, CCNA, customer supports, good communication skill Skills: Cloud Networking, Network Monitoring, Cisco, Network Troubleshooting, VPN, Firewall Configuration, Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, Network Security, Network Design KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Handle incoming customer calls, addressing network-related issues and complaints promptly and professionally.NETWORK MONITORING: Continuously monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.TROUBLESHOOTING: Diagnose and resolve basic to advanced network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.INCIDENT MANAGEMENT: Document and manage network incidents, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as needed. CONFIGURATION & MAINTENANCE: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.COLLABORATION: Work closely with other NOC team members to ensure efficient network operations and quick resolution of issues.REPORTING: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on the network performance, incidents, and resolutions.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices, and participate in ongoing training programs. .
