ServiceNow Architect - ITAM

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (ITAM & CMDB) Location: Chennai / Hyderabad (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 10+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting scalable ServiceNow platforms, driving best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT objectives.Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules.Design, manage, and optimize CMDB architecture, data models, and governance.Ensure CMDB health through data quality, reconciliation, and discovery best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.Develop integration strategies with third-party applications and enterprise systems.Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, security, and overall platform optimization.Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation.Mentor developers and administrators while promoting knowledge sharing across teams.Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience.Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect.Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM).Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM concepts.Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and custom application development.Strong understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with ServiceNow governance, security, and platform best practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITAM or CMDB (preferred).Additional ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.
