ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CMDB, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, along with experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, workflows, and platform customization. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.Design, implement, and maintain CMDB including Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance.Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes including hardware and software asset management.Configure and enhance ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Approval Workflows.Develop REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications.Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize system performance.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Follow ServiceNow best practices and participate in code reviews.Required Skills 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.Strong expertise in:ServiceNow CMDBIT Asset Management (ITAM)IT Service Management (ITSM)Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide APIs.Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.Good understanding of CMDB data model and CSDM.Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Job Location HyderabadChennaiMandatory Requirements 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experienceStrong experience in CMDB, ITAM, and ITSMImmediate Joiners OnlyWork Location: Hyderabad or ChennaiPay: Up to 10,000.00 per day Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
