About the role
Full Stack - Technical Lead We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to architect and oversee scalable full-stack applications. This role leads end-to-end delivery, mentoring engineering teams and driving architectural decisions across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Architect full-stack solutions, define coding standards, and mentor developers. Backend: Build services using Python (FastAPI) or Java; design REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices. Frontend: Develop responsive UIs with ReactJS and TypeScript using reusable components. Cloud/DevOps: Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). AI Integration: Develop AI-powered features like intelligent search or RAG pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 7 - 12 years in software engineering. Expertise in Python (FastAPI) or Java and React/TypeScript. Deep knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices. Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL and distributed systems. Building AI-driven applications (LLMs, embeddings). Kafka, Terraform, or Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
