Good knowledge of Python for data processing, automation, and analytics. Understanding of data modeling, database design, ETL processes, and end-to-end data flow. Experience with data reconciliation, data quality management, and reporting validation. Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for SQL optimization, reporting automation, documentation, and data analysis. Knowledge of Tableau is an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring or guiding team members is an added advantage. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
