About the role
Key Skills: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Data Visualization, HR Analytics, Statistical Analysis, Data Modeling, HRIS, Excel, Project Management Good to Have Skills: Python and R programming languages for advanced data analysis, cloud-based analytics platforms, predictive analytics and machine learning applications in HR, enterprise HR systems like Workday and SuccessFactors, domain expertise in talent management and workforce planning, compensation analysis, and organizational development. AI/ML and Data Science exposure with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models and applying data science techniques to solve business problems. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools to track key HR metrics and workforce analytics.Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, compensation, performance, and employee engagement.Develop and implement HR data models and analytical frameworks to support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.Collaborate with HR business partners to define data requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance by establishing data governance protocols and conducting regular data quality audits.Create and present executive-level reports and presentations that communicate complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner.Analyze recruitment metrics, hiring funnel performance, and time-to-fill data to optimize talent acquisition processes.Support compensation and benefits analysis, including salary benchmarking, equity analysis, and benefits utilization studies.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations using data-driven recommendations.Stay current with HR analytics best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.Experience Required: 8+ years of professional experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related analytical roles with advanced proficiency in SQL and expert-level skills in data visualization tools.
