Key Skills: VoIP, ipv4/v6, MPLS, BGP, QOS, Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS, Cisco Unity Roles and Responsibilities: Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager (Version 12.6 or above) and Cisco Unity Connection systems.Manage and support Cisco voice gateways and enterprise LAN/WAN voice network environments.Provide technical support for VoIP, telephony systems, and voice network infrastructure.Collaborate with global clients to diagnose and resolve voice and network-related technical issues.Maintain high standards of customer support and service delivery for telecom systems.Monitor and ensure optimal performance of voice and data communication services in complex environments.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VoIP, SIP, QoS, MPLS, and voice gateway configurations.Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of telecom and voice infrastructure.Skills Required: Strong experience in VoIP technologies and enterprise telephony systems within large network environments.Hands-on experience configuring and managing Cisco Call Manager (Version 12.6 or above) for voice communication services.Proficiency in Cisco Unity Connection for voicemail and unified messaging system administration.Experience managing Cisco voice gateways and voice network infrastructure.Strong knowledge of IP networking concepts including IPv4 and IPv6 for voice and data communication.Experience working with network protocols such as MPLS and BGP in telecom environments.Knowledge of Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms to prioritize voice traffic and maintain call quality.Familiarity with Cisco IOS-XR and Nokia TMOS platforms for telecom network management.Experience troubleshooting SIP-based communication systems and voice network issues.Ability to analyze and resolve complex voice, telephony, and network-related technical issues.Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
